The Challenge

The development team needed to sell an unbuilt forty-storey residence to institutional investors and early buyers. Plans and elevations were not moving the room. They needed people to feel the building before a single foundation was poured.

The Approach

We treated the tower as a location rather than a model. A shot list was written like a film — an approach sequence, an entry, three interior beats and a closing rooftop hold. Materials were built from real supplier samples, lighting was matched to the site's actual solar path, and camera moves were kept slow and deliberate so the architecture, not the motion, carried the scene.

The Result

A five-minute film, a sixty-second sales-gallery loop and a library of forty stills used across the sales campaign. The film opened every investor meeting for the following two quarters.
