The Challenge
Public consultation meetings kept stalling on the same question: what will it actually be like to stand there? A linear film could only answer that one way at a time.
The Approach
We built the masterplan as a navigable real-time environment with a small set of curated viewpoints, a daylight study and a walkable promenade. Twinmotion handled rapid iteration during design review; the final experience was finished in Unreal Engine and driven live from a laptop.
The Result
A presentation build used across six public sessions, plus rendered flythroughs and stills pulled directly from the same environment for the planning submission.
